ABSTRACT The act of female infanticide and foeticide become a phenomenon discrimination weight must be experienced by India women is implications of patriarchy culture. Unwittingly these actions are a form of disciplining the body carried by the male to female and female to her own body, thus causing reduction in the population of women and disparities the sexes. Various policy has issued by the Government of India to minimize the action, but the act of elimination of girls has been increasing and be done by her mother. Need to learn a discourse for interpreting reality of what happened in India began in the period of ancient India to see how the act of female infanticide and foeticide normalized in Indian public life and how power operate so that the human body as commodified, when the body is threatening to individual needs feel to have it, the owner reserves the right to take action under the pretext of doing a disciplinary action.
