ABSTRACT This study was conducted to answer the research question: "How is the development of resistance patterns conducted by indigenous peoples of Kenegerian Senama Nenek, before and after the collapse of the New Order of indigenous communal land invasions by PTPN V? To answer these questions, the author borrowed the theory of James. C. Scott about the hidden transcript and the public transcript. This research was conducted in the village / Kenegerian Senama Nenek that since 1983 until now (2015) occurs occupation indigenous communal land by PTPN V. The exclusion and the fight against exclusion is divided into two phases, the New Order and Order Reformation. Then the author uses case studies approach in conducting the research. The recistance to the exclusion of indigenous people have been beginning since the exclusion. The resistance pattern of indigenous people to the exclusion may be divided into two patterns, the pattern covered / individualistic (hidden transcript) and the pattern of open/collective (public transcript). Forms of resistance during the New Order is, (1). Do not want to interact with friendly to the PTPN V, (2). Sabotage, (3). Vilify the existence of PTPN V, and (4). Cultivate discourse injustice. Forms of resistance to the Order of Reform is, (1). Strengthen the bond of indigenous people, (2). Looking for legal certainty through the State, (3). Leveraging the organization as a base of resistance, (4). Direct confrontation with PTPN V and the State, and (5). Advocating the interests of indigenous peoples by LAMR and Human Rights Commission. In general, this thesis want to say that there are two resistance carried out by Indegenous People of Kenegerian Senama Nenek, the closed resistance (hidden transcript) and opened resistance (public transcript). This thesis also found that the pattern of open and collective resistance does not diminish the pattern of closed and individualistic resistance. The resistance pattern that occur tend to be experiencing expansion, because the form of resistance in the new order also exist at the time the reform order. It could be said that, the pattern of opened resistance does not nagate the pattern of closed resistance.
