Analisis Modus Operandi dan Penyebab Women Trafficking di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur:(Studi kasus di Nusa Tenggara Timur)

ABSTRACT The fact shows us that womenare typically trafficked in human life nowadays. Women trafficking is not a simple phenomenon nor a new one. Therefore, women trafficking, including one of the oldest professions, the oldest one, of human existence (Varney, 2013). Women trafficking is a real dangercrime and we are calling on the public to do its parts to end this heinous practice. This is due to the difficulty of combating crime by working in an organized syndicate. The traffickers succeed in doing crime shows that they are building a strong network with a neat mode, take advantage of the vulnerability of the victim for financial gain is very promising. This study shows the modus operandi problem which is built by those traffickers as well as the causes of women trafficking in East Nusa Tenggara province. The few things that highlighted include: types of cases; forms of violence, consisting of physical, psychological, sexual, neglect, exploitation and others; places: both at state and abroad; traffickers themselves and victim. This study aimed to analyze the modus operandi and the factors causing women trafficking in the province East Nusa Tenggara. To make you better understand of the complexity of the action women trafficking, qualitative design includes the locus of research (Kupang), with some methods, the in-depth interviews, observation, focus group discussions (FGD), and a literature study, involving 18 victims of women trafficking as key informants, supported by several other informants fromEast Nusa Tenggara government agencies (9 informants), activists of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) (2 informants), social workers or religious leaders (2 informants). The data was analyzed by qualitative methods that include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and we decide a accurate conclusions at the end. Empirically found that the women victims of trafficking experienced so much a matter of extreme concern. The evident found in the victims recap problems experienced, example salaries: 26.47%; locked up, very rude employer, tortured, physical contacted and sexual abuse (rape): 19.11%; lost contact/missed communication with the family: 14.70%; left without parents permissions/family permit: 8.82%; underage recruit: 7.35%; sick and nonprocedural requirements/ without complete documents, respectively 5.88%; escaped from a shelter/ employer; died; mental depression/clinically crazy; lost control of their own; Over stayer; deportation; passports detained by the company/employer; and asked to return for unfeeling home, respectively: 1.47%.
