Social media as an effective business promotional tools one of them is social media Instagram. The amount of social media users cultivate new interests that is promoting. Excellence promotion via Instagram is broad in scope because Instagram is online and connected everywhere. The main problem in this research is the promotion strategy Sisterclay online shop in Yogyakarta via Instagram on the Period Year of 2015-2016. This research uses descriptive type using the case study method with qualitative approach, where data collection through in-depth interview to the informant. The informant is the owner of Sisterclay Online Shop, Admin of Sisterclay Online Shop, Sisterclay Partner and 2 Consumer of Sisterclay. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Sisterclay online shop to achieve the objective to increase sales is appropriate stages of promotion planning and Instagram as promotional media used quite effectively and efficiently by using promotional strategy SFS (Shoutout For Shoutout) to increase sales in accordance of promotional goals to be achieved.
