Abstract Trade facilitation is one component in the economy of Kenya and is one of the key factors of economic development. From a State of which involve procedures that govern the movement of goods internationally so more efficiently. Kenya is a country that lies in a strategic location that is in transit routes of world trade. As a country that lies in a strategic location, in the East African region is very important especially with regard to Trade Facilitation issues. Given the number of ports and airports that point should be given special attention so that the government needs to devise a strategic policy in supporting and facilitating trade more carefully and efficiently because in 2030 the people of Kenya has agreed to open its market. Before entering into the discussion we should first know the definition of Trade Facilitation. Trade facilitation according to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and World Customs Organization (WCO) is the simplification of trade transactions, transparency and professionalism of customs and environmental regulation as well as the harmonization and standardization, resulting from the definition of which will serve as a key pillar in Trade Facilitation. Pillars are, Simplification, Transparency, Harmonization, and Standardization. The four pillars are used as a reference in measuring trade facilitation has been done either by the States members of the WTO and the WCO. Kenya international interest refers to the trade facilitation agreement which is the first multilateral treaty produced by the WTO since the organization was formed. Trade facilitation is an issue or a discourse that has long been in effect since the "Singapore Issues" agreed rolled back trade facilitation which became an international policy.
