Efektivitas Program Sarjana Penggerak Pembangunan(SP-2) di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

2016 | Tesis | Pembangunan Sosial dan KesejahteraanABSTRAC Sarjana Penggerak Pembanguanan Program (SP-2) is a program targeting the educated youth to serve as a driving force, facilitating, empowering the community and especially the youth. SP-2 program is a program initiated by the Center for Youth and Sports Regional Technical Implementation Unit Office of Education Youth and Sports DIY. Implementation of the SP-2 program in this study group some of the factors that affect the performance of the program into two: internal factors and external factors. Internal factors such as motivation, ability, work ethic and external factors include geographic location, cost of living and attitudes. The effectiveness of the program can be seen from some of the variables are used as a benchmark assessment program effectiveness SP-2, some factors effectiveness of the program used in this study include: communication, resources, disposition or the principles of empowerment and bureaucratic structures. This research is qualitative descriptive. Methods of descriptive analysis is done to determine the factors that affect the performance of the program as well as the effectiveness of a program variable. Informants in this study amounted to twelve people with the division of the two informants of program makers in this case represented by two staff Kasi Youth and ten informants from the program participants with the division five men four of whom placement farthest and one of them placement nearby as well as five women with nearest placement division four of them and one of them furthest placement. The method of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used is the analysis Milles and Hubberman of data reduction, data analysis and conclusion. This study found that several factors influence the performance and some not. Some of the factors that affect the performance is motivation, the ability, work ethic, the attitude of society while not affect is cost of living and geographical location. The effectiveness of programs SP-2 looks at factor disposition or the principles of empowerment and human resources because it meets the criteria of the program maker but the financial resources or the budget it is still necessary improvements, two factors that are still deemed not effective is communication factor and bureaucratic structures, communication it is less effective due to transmission and consistency of program makers are still not good while for the bureaucratic structure of the program maker has not provided SOP serve as the basis of activities of participants SP-2.
