As the busiest port, Port of Tanjung Priok service performance managed by PT. Pelindo II (Persero) is still low. The impact is the inefficiency of the port because of the waiting time of ships and goods (dwelling time) is still above four days or an average is five to seven days, the length of the buildup goods in loading and unloading terminal which gives rise to various load rates, and congestion of roads to the ports that have an impact the high cost of logistics. Thus, a key to reduce logistics costs in the sea transport sector is in the harbor with optimize the service of Port of Tanjung by implementing aspects of trade facilitation.
