Application of executions Indonesia is among the development of human rights norms on the elimination (abolition) of the death penalty vigorously echoed by the United Nations as well as by actors non-states such as Amnesty International, this thesis will begin the discussion by analyzing the process and the reasons and logic of what to wear Indonesia from the start why Indonesia ratified the ICCPR and on the other hand continues to apply the death penalty. Referring to the state of Indonesia was committed to have ratified the ICCPR and also have done legalization into domestic law. The logic led to a pattern of compliance undertaken by Indonesia in implementing the rules and policies of the international regime.
