While based on the regional health survey in 2013 showed that people with out-ofpocket to health care still dominates in the community. Data hospitals pay class B with private money (OOP) about 70% were in hospital while use the community health insurance scheme (JAMKESMAS) Bethesda is only about 50% in the RSA UGM. Based on the data above, the question arises of how health insurance benefits to the Premium Payment assistance participants. The porpuse of the research want to know benefit for its uses and want to know the people barrier and constrain in using theright as health insurance BPJS participants.
