Gadjah Mada University. 2014 Organizational culture value is the value that has been agreed upon and instilled within an organization or a company that is rooted in the habits, beliefs, symbols with certain characteristics that became a hallmark of an enterprise. Cultural values will appear on the symbols, slogans, mission vision and also the behavior of the employees and the trust that is embedded as a systematic and ingrained into the terms of reference in the act and behave. As well as the Javanese cultural values applied by the house of Raminten café, which use a variety of ways to strengthen the culture Javanese values to its employees that appear in the organizational practices within the company. Javanese cultural values into the basic concept of the organization is not just about a business that aims to make a profit but also the tradition of Javanese Sultan Palace is deliberately shown to preserve the local culture into the eyes of the world. Javanese cultural values were implemented through organizational practices, in this case the figure Raminten become a cultural symbol and a sign in the process of applying the Yogyakarta palace Javanese cultural values. In this study illustrates how the value of Javanese culture in organizational practice in the house of Raminten café, to know the practices that occur in the Javanese cultural values as well as the role of cultural values in the Java café The house of Raminten. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, in order to better understand social phenomena precisely and depth by using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and tracking documents.
