Peran Program Kemitraan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia dalam Mengembangkan Mitra Binaan Sanggar Peni Desa Wisata Krebet Kaaabupaten Bantul

ABSTRACT This research was done for explain and descript how private sector which is PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. role Sanggar Peni in their partnership program. And this research was done with qualitative descriptive method. Approaching in this research was phenomenology which is descript the reality of the partnership program, and focus of this research is experience of subject UKM Sanggar Peni about this program. Relation with partnership for resolve social problems and explore the venture was done by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia and Sanggar Peni very well. The beginning was some steps until partnership program could be happen. In this partnership was done by principle of participation, accountability, and transparency between PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. with Sanggar Peni like gave periodic report about how far Sanggar Peni use the money to PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Transparency by Mr. Kemiskidi to their employers by explaining the management of the money and the profit. Based on obtained data analysis concluded that partership in this relation had an orientation to reach succeed purpose and bring a lot of benefit for UKM like Sanggar Peni. The accumulative for the fund which gave to Sanggar Peni by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia was 48 million rupiahs with rate only 6 % in one year. The partnership explain a lot of succeed and the final goal was the development of Sanggar Peni wich was always had a money problem and the human sources. This program expected could gave facilities training about explore internet, this is good for Sanggar Peni to show the product without exhibition, and beside that PT. Telekomunikasi also could gave infrastructure facilities . Keywords: Partnership, role, micro enterprise (UKM).
