Kebijakan Indonesia National Single Window(ISNW) dalam Kerangka Fasilitasi Perdagangan Menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN 2015

ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the driving force of Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) policy in the framework of trade facilitation towards ASEAN Economic Community 2013. ASEAN Vision 2020 clearly stated that the economic integration in ASEAN holds the principle of open market, outward looking, and market-driven economy based on signed multilateral agreement. This statement has explicitly shown us that the regional economic integration is imbued with neoliberalism spirit. Since ASEAN agreed to accelerate and intensify the economic integration, Indonesia under the leadership of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was very optimistic, positive, and confidence to respond the initiative. One of its commitments is encouraging the implementation of ASEAN Single Window and National Single Window. Moreover, the policy of INSW is mainly due to the neoliberalism hegemony and discourse under the the Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono governance. There two driving forces which are derived from internal and external. The internal factor came from the discourse of economic liberalist group in the government, while the external factor arose from the urge of ASEAN economic integration.
