Pengaruh World Peace Through World Law terhadap PBB dan Implikasinya Bagi Perdamaian Kolektif

ABSTRACT The most important objective of this research is to explain the influence given by a proposal of peace, named World Peace through World Law towards United Nations. Besides, this research also gives description about several attempts done by United Nations in contributing to achieve world peace. In order to explain the focus of this research, it needs a theory about peace through law. The theory of peace through law is meant to explain that sustainable peace can be achieved if there is law regulating relationship between human and human, state and state, human and state, also between organizations, not only governmental but also non-governmental organizations. Those regulations are delivered in the World Peace through World Law. Methodologically, this research is using qualitative data analysis technique through data collected from library research. The result of this research shows that the proposal of peace has influenced United Nations. The influences given for collective peace can be direct or indirect. Those influences among other can be seen in disarmament, judicial dan conciliation system, also bill of rights. Keywords: World Peace, World Law, Collective
