ABSTRACT Goal of this reseach is to know how implementation of Free Prior of Informed Consent value in Gheotermal Project at Slamet Mountain, however Banyumas Local Government as a Government identity and PT.Sejahtera Alam Energy as a Busines identity, this reaseach use cases study, with Busines-Government-Society relation perspective, this reseach also uses the value of FPIC implementation approach, applied by Banyumas Local Government and PT. SAE. Bases by reseach, FPIC implementation is still far from ideal level, mainly based on standar UN REDD++, in regulation side FPIC actually regulated in laws dan licensing, but still weak at the level of interpretation and implementation, and the effect is generate a one way trafic public communication (linear model), it does not match with the transactional communication model, wich based on FPIC program and value. Key Word : Implementation, Free Prior of Informed Consent , Goverment-Market-Society.
