The focus of this study is the value chains dynamic in national autobody industry. National autobody industry are faced with global shift automarket and the global automotive industry structure. This study was divided into three value chain; upstream, midstream and downstream. The research has found weaknesses in value chain governance autobody industry. With collaboration patterns between value chain dynamics elements and GPN approach, national autobody industry can improve global competitiveness and integrated in global automotive networks.
