2013 | Tesis | Ilmu KomunikasiABSTRACT The research aimed to find out: Lovely December communication management program internally and externally. The study was conducted using qualitative methods using a case study approach. This approach is expected to explain the findings in the field more detailed, in-depth, and thorough. The research uses a conceptual framework of communication management, stakeholders, promotion of tourism (conventional) and internet opportunities and use of new media to analyze the findings in the field. The results showed that: (first) at the planning stage to determine the communicator as the party responsible for the delivery of messages / information, the type of information / messages to be conveyed through the selection of communication media has been adapted to target communications (communicant) in the hope of reaching the target program tourism; (second) stage of the process of organizing tell direction and coordination between all parties involved in the event Lovely December; (three) specific implementation, providers generally use formal communication media that meeting (government and stakeholders who are members of the committee), and for the implementation of the external (target: foreign and domestic tourists) use promotion through conventional media however, has not optimally utilize the Internet and new media; (fourth) the final stage of the evaluation was conducted once with Lovely December planning meeting next year, reporting only about the evaluation of financial statements and documentation activities. Stakeholders have not been fully carried out, there are still those who have the potential to assist in the successful implementation of Lovely December.
