Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemeliharaan gedung Poliklinik Terpadu RSUD Wonosari. Analisis ini melihat sejauh mana sistem pemeliharaan gedung Poliklinik Terpadu RSUD Wonosari berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini nantinya akan berlandasan pada Pedoman Teknis Pemeliharaan Bangunan Rumah Sakit yang dibuat oleh Direktorat Instalasi Medik Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Medik Departemen Kesehatan Medik 1995. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa pemeliharaan gedung Poliklinik Terpadu belum optimal. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan metode TPM menggunakan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), dimana nilai Availibility (AV) untuk menghitung produktivitas pemeliharaan gedung paling rendah. Hal tersebut juga sejalan dengan hasil dari metode IPA di mana masih terdapat sistem-sistem yang kurang di optimalkan dan berlebihan. Seharusnya sistem-sistem yang berjalan harus dalam kondisi yang kinerjanya harus dipertahankan.

This study aims to analyze the maintenance of Integrated Polyclinic building of RSUD Wonosari. This analysis see how far the Integrated Polyclinic building maintenance system of Wonosari Hospital runs well. This research will be based on the Technical Guidance of Hospital Building Maintenance made by Directorate of Medical Installation of Directorate General of Medical Service of Medical Health Department of 1995. The method to be used in this research is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The result of this research is obtained that the maintenance of Integrated Polyclinic building not yet optimal. It can be seen from the calculation of TPM method using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), where the value of Availibility (AV) to calculate the productivity of the lowest building maintenance. It is also in line with the results of the IPA method where there are still systems that are less optimized and redundant. Should the running systems be in a condition where performance should be maintained.
