Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesehatan keuangan pada PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk Periode 2016 berdasarkan rasio keuangan yang telah ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor : KEP – 100 / MBU / 2002. Penilaian tingkat kesehatan keuangan menggunakan delapan indikator yaitu Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Cash Ratio atau Rasio Kas, Current Ratio (Rasio Lancar), Collection Periods, Perputaran Persediaan, Total Asset Turn Over dan Rasio Total Modal Sendiri terhadap Total Asset. Hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan keuangan pada PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk yaitu memperoleh predikat sehat dengan kategori A.

This research is aiming to asses the financial performance at PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk based on financial ratio according to the Decree of the Minister of SOE No. Kep - 100 / MBU / 2002 using eight financial ratios, , the ROE, ROI, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Colection Periodes, Inventory Turnover, Total Asset turnover (TATO), and Own Capital to Total Asset Ratio. The outcome of this research is PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk obtained the A category and included to a healthy category.
