EVALUASI DAMPAK LALU LINTAS PENGOPERASIAN ASPHALT MIXING PLANT PT. NEW CAKTI DI KABUPATEN WONOSOBO JAWA TENGAH

Kegiatan operasional Asphalt Mixing Plant PT. New Cakti di Dusun Sigug, Desa Kedalon, Kecamatan Kalikajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo berkaitan erat dengan kinerja lalu lintas di jaringan jalan sekitarnya. Jalur Purworejo ke Wonosobo merupakan rute utama yang dilewati sebagian besar pengguna jalan. Warga yang bekerja dan bersekolah melewati jalan protokol depan pertigaan tersebut, sehingga pada jam-jam puncak baik pagi maupun sore tampak dipadati oleh arus lalu lintas. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja lalu lintas akibat dampak dari Asphalt Mixing Plant PT. New Cakti. Pergerakan kendaraan mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda antara kendaraan yang satu dengan kendaraan yang lain. Perbedaan tersebut dapat disebabkan beberapa faktor yang antara lain : faktor jalan, lingkungan, macam – macam kendaraan serta kondisi pengemudi, oleh karena itu perlu kajian untuk memprediksi masalah – masalah yang akan timbul berkenaan dengan bangkitan lalu lintasnya. Metoda yang dipergunakan dalam survei ini adalah melakukan pencatatan volume dan kecepatan kendaraan pada ruas jalan serta simpang tiga menuju Asphalt Mixing Plant PT. New Cakti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ruas Jalan Wonosobo - Purworejo 5 tahun setelah kegiatan operasional AMP pada tahun 2021 tingkat pelayanan jalan (LOS) masuk dalam kategori A (Arus Bebas). Dapat diartikan beroperasinya AMP tidak menimbulkan gangguan lalu lintas dan penurunan kinerja lalu lintas.

Operational activities of the Asphalt Mixing Plant PT. New Cakti in Sigug Hamlet, Kedalon Village, Kalikajar Sub district, Wonosobo Regency is closely related to traffic performance in the surrounding road network. The Purworejo line to Wonosobo is the main route that most road users drive pass through. Citizens who work and school go through the arterial road, so during peak hours on both morning and afternoon appear to be crowded with traffic flows. The purpose of this research is to identify traffic performance due to the impact of Asphalt Mixing Plant PT. New Cakti. The movement of vehicles has different characteristics between one and another vehicle. This difference can be caused by several factors such as road, environment, vehicle and driver condition, therefore it is necessary to study and predict the problems that will arise with regard to the traffic generation. The method used in this survey is record the volume and speed of vehicles on the road and the intersection to Asphalt Mixing Plant PT. New Cakti. The results showed that the performance of the Wonosobo - Purworejo road segment 5 years after the AMP operational activities in 2021 level of service (LOS) entered in category A (Free Stream) and can be interpreted the operation of AMP does not cause traffic disruption and decreased traffic performance.
