PERBANDINGAN HASIL PENGUJIAN BARANG DALAM KEADAAN TERBUNGKUS LPG 3 KG PADA TINGKAT PENGECER DI KOTA BANTUL DENGAN KOTA YOGYAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN METODE GRAVIMETRI

Penelitian barang dalam keadaan terbungkus atau BDKT pada LPG 3KG di kota Bantul dan Yogyakarta telah dilakukan di Balai Standardisasi Metrologi Legal, Jl. Ring Road Barat Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kebenaran berat isi LPG 3 kg di kedua kota tersebut. Penelitian didasarkan Undang Undang nomor 2 tahun 1981 tentang metrologi legal dan Undang Undang nomor 8 tentang perlindungan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai quantitas sebenarnya dengan quantitas hasil perhitungan tara dengan bruto masing masing LPG 3 kg. Pengujian dilakukan pada tingkat pengecer yang dimana kriteria dengan minimum tabung 15 tabung. Hasil pengujian dari Toko1,Toko 2, Toko 3 merupakan Toko yang berada di Yogyakarta dengan hasil Toko1 tidak lolos uji karena ketentuan 1 dan 3 tidak terpenuhi, Toko 2 lolos uji, Toko 3 lolos uji. Sedangkan pada kota bantul Toko 4, Toko 5 dan toko 6 dengan hasil Toko 4 lolos uji, Toko 5 tidak lolos uji karena ketentuan 1 dan 2 tidak terpenuhi, toko 6 lolos uji.

The research of goods in packaged condition or BDKT of LPG 3KG in Bantul and Yogyakarta city has been done at Balai Standardisasi Metrologi Legal, Jl. West Ring Road Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta. The objective of this research is to know the truth value of the weight of LPG 3 kg in both cities. The study is based on Law number 2 of 1981 on legal metrology and Law number 8 on consumer protection. The method used in this research is by comparing the value of actual quantities with the quantity of the tare calculation with gross of each LPG 3 kg. The test is carried out at the retailer level where the criterion is with a tube minimum of 15 tubes. Test results from Toko 1, Toko 2, Toko 3 are stores located in Yogyakarta with the result of Toko 1 not pass the test because provisions 1 and 3 are not met, Toko 2 passes the test, Toko 3 passes the test. While in Bantul city of Toko 4, Toko 5 and Toko 6 with result of Store 4 passed test, Toko 5 did not pass the test because provisions 1 and 2 were not fulfilled Toko 6 passed the test.
