PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI KERAJINAN TANGAN DENGAN METODE FULL COSTING PADA CV ORIGINS COCONUTWOOD KLATEN

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghitung harga pokok produksi kerajinan tangan pada CV Origins Coconutwood. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan bersumber dari internal CV Origins Coconutwood yang diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi untuk mengetahui proses produksi kerajinan tangan serta perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, CV Origins Coconutwood pada awalnya sudah melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Tetapi pada perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan CV Origins Coconutwood belum menggolongkan seluruh biaya produksi yang menyebabkan kurang tepat pada perhitungannya. Disebabkan juga karena dalam transaksi CV Origins Coconutwood kadang tidak mencatat transaksi tersebut. Akibatnya beberapa biaya seperti biaya angkut pembelian kayu kelapa, biaya depresiasi perlatan dan mesin, biaya listrik, dan biaya bahan habis pakai tidak dimasukkan dalam hitungan HPP. Jadi yang perlu diperhatikan CV Origins Coconutwood dalam menghitung HPP dengan metode full costing adalah menghitung semua unsur biaya-biaya yang termasuk biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik.

The research aimed to calculate the cost of handicraft production on CV Origins Coconutwood. The research was conducted by using quantitative method and sourced from internal CV Origins Coconutwood obtained by conducting interviews and observations to know the production process of handicrafts and calculation of cost of production that has been done. Based on the results of the research, CV Origins Coconutwood initially had to calculate the cost of production. But the calculation of the cost of production made CV Origins Coconutwood not classify all the production costs that cause less precise on the calculation. Cause also because in CV Origins Coconutwood transaction sometimes do not record the transaction. As a result, some costs such as coconut purchases, depreciation costs of equipment and machinery, electricity costs, and consumable costs are not included in the HPP. So to note CV Origins Coconutwood in calculating HPP with full costing method is to calculate all elements of costs including raw material costs, labor costs, and factory overhead costs.
