Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Daerah terhadap Alokasi Belanja Modal dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tahun 2006-2015. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dan variabel dependennya adalah alokasi belanja modal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi DIY Tahun 2006 - 2015 yang diperoleh dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah serta Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi DIY. Alat analisis data penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rasio tingkat kemandirian daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap alokasi belanja modal, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kemandirian daerah maka alokasi belanja modal akan semakin meningkat. Namun, rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap alokasi belanja modal sehingga apabila rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah meningkat, maka hal ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap alokasi belanja modal. Alokasi belanja modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sehingga apabila alokasi belanja modal meningkat, maka pertumbuhan ekonomi juga akan meningkat. This research is aimed to analyze The Effect of Local Financial Performance to The Allocation of Capital Expenditure and Economy Growth in Districts and Cities, Special Region of Yogyakarta (2006-2015). The independent variabel is local government performance and the dependent variabel are Capital Expenditure and Economic Growth. The population which are use in the research are regency/municipality of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Provinice that report routine the realization report of the estimate income of regional expense (APBD) from 2006 until 2015 for Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. This research data analysis technique is a panel data regression. The results showed the region's autonomy rate ratio positive and significant impact on the allocation of capital expenditures, meaning that the higher the level of independence of the regional capital expenditure will increase. However, the area of financial efficiency ratios no significant positive effect on the capital expenditure so that if the ratio of the area of financial efficiency increases, then this has no effect on the capital expenditure. Capital expenditure and significant positive effect on economic growth so that when the allocation of capital expenditure increases, the economic growth will also increase.
