PERBANDINGAN KETEPATAN DIAGNOSIS GIGI YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH DOKTER UMUM DAN DOKTER GIGI DI KLINIK GMC HEALTH CENTER

INTISARI Puskesmas dan klinik merupakan ujung tombak dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Penerapan sistem rujukan dalam penyelenggaraan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) memegang peranan penting untuk pencapaian efisiensi dan efektifitas pelayanan kesehatan. Rujukan ke rumah sakit dikaitkan dengan kompetensi dokter di layanan primer. GMC Health Center melengkapi syarat sebagai klinik pratama dengan membuka pelayanan kesehatan gigi pada tahun 2015. Rujukan gigi di GMC Health Center sebelum tahun 2015 dilakukan oleh dokter umum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan ketepatan diagnosis gigi yang dilakukan oleh dokter umum dan dokter gigi di klinik GMC Health Center dalam merujuk pasien ke RSGM Prof. Soedomo. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian retrospektif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 294 data rujukan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di GMC Health Center yang diambil secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data sekunder menggunakan daftar checklist. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proporsi diagnosis gigi yang dilakukan oleh dokter gigi dengan tepat sebesar 99,3%; tidak tepat sebesar 0,7%. Proporsi diagnosis gigi yang dilakukan oleh dokter umum dengan tepat sebesar 60,5%; tidak tepat sebesar 39,5%. Kasus diagnosis gigi terbanyak yang tidak tepat dilakukan oleh dokter umum adalah karies dentin. Kasus diagnosis gigi yang tidak tepat dilakukan oleh dokter gigi adalah impaksi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah diagnosis gigi yang dilakukan oleh dokter gigi lebih tepat daripada diagnosis gigi yang dilakukan oleh dokter umum.

THE COMPARISON OF ACCURACY OF DENTAL DIAGNOSIS MADE BY GENERAL PRACTITIONERS AND DENTISTS AT THE GMC HEALTH CENTER Nurastuti Diah Purnamasari; Julita Hendrartini; Dibyo Pramono ABSTRACT Community health centers and clinics are at the forefront in providing health services to the community. Implementation of referral system becomes important process to raises efficiency and effectivity in National Health Insurance Program (JKN). Referral to secondary health facilities is associated with prymary care physician competence. GMC Health Center completed the requirements as pratama’s clinic by opening dental health services in 2015. Dental referral at GMC Health Center before 2015 made by general practitioners. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of accuracy of the dental diagnosis made by general practitioners and the dentists at the GMC Health Center before referring patients to Prof. Soedomo dental hospital. The type of this research is a retrospective study. Total subjects were 294 referral data of the oral health services by the GMC Health Center. The data were then randomly taken without considering its strata. The secondary data collection techniques used was the checklist. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and frequency distribution table. The results showed the accuracy proportion of the dental diagnosis performed by the dentist is 99.3% accurate; 0.7% inaccurate. The accuracy proportion of the dental diagnosis performed by the general practitioner is 60.5% accurate; 39.5% in accurate. The most inaccurate dental diagnosis made by general practitioner is carious dentin. While inaccurate dental diagnosis made by the dentist is impacted tooth. The research concluded that dental diagnosis made by the dentist is more accurate than dental diagnosis performed by a general practitioner.
