APLIKASI NETWORK ANALYST UNTUK PENILAIAN TINGKAT AKSESIBILITAS HOTEL TERHADAP FASILITAS UMUM DI KECAMATAN JETIS KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Hotel merupakan fasilitas penginapan sementara yang diperlukan oleh para wisatawan yang mengunjungi suatu daerah dengan tujuan rekreasi atau berwisata. Keberadaan hotel memerlukan adanya fasilitas pendukung lainnya seperti Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM), Kesehatan, Pertokoan, dan Stasiun Pemberhentian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai aksesibilitas hotel terhadap fasilitas umum di sekitarnya sehingga dapat membantu para wisatawan dalam memilih hotel terbaik berdasarkan jarak dan waktu terdekat dari hotel menuju fasilitas umum tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Network Analyst dengan metode Find Closest Facility dan Service Area yang membandingkan hasil berdasarkan jangkauan kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan dan kecepatan rata-rata orang berjalan kaki. Hasil aksesibilitas tersebut diklasifikasikan berdasarkan jarak dan waktu dengan tingkat penilaian aksesibilitas rendah dan aksesibilitas tinggi. Aksesibilitas buruk untuk kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan merupakan hotel dengan jarak 0-800 meter dan waktu 0-5 menit sedangkan aksesibilitas tinggi merupakan hotel dengan jarak >800 meter dan waktu >5 menit terhadap fasilitas umum. Aksesibilitas rendah untuk kecepatan rata-rata orang berjalan merupakan hotel dengan jarak 0-400 meter dan waktu 0-7 menit sedangkan aksesibilitas tinggi merupakan hotel dengan jarak >400 meter dan waktu >7 menit terhadap fasilitas umum. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hotel yang ada di Kecamatan Jetis dengan sejumlah 31 hotel yang dapat dijangkau dengan kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan mempunyai tingkat aksesibilitas tinggi sedangkan untuk kecepatan rata-rata orang berjalan kaki terdapat 3 hotel dengan aksesibilitas rendah dan 28 hotel dengan aksesibilitas tinggi.

Hotel is a temporary accommodation facility which is needed by the tourists who visit a place for the purpose of recreation. The existence of the hotel requires another supporting facilities such as Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Health, Shops, and Public Fuel Stations (SPBU) to fullfil tourist necessity. Therefore, this study aims to assess the accessibility of the hotel to the surrounding public facilities so as to assist tourists in choosing the best hotels based on the distance and the nearest time from the hotel to the public facilities. The analysis used in this study is Network Analyst with Find Closest Facility and Service Area method which compare the results based on the average speed of the vehicle and the average speed of walking people. The accessibility results are classified by distance and time with low and high accessibility rating levels. Low accessibility for the average speed of the vehicle is a hotel with a distance of 0-1000 meters and the time 0-5 minutes while high accessibility is a hotel with a distance of >1000 meters and time >5 minutes of public facilities. Low accessibility for the average speed of walking people is a hotel with a distance of 0-400 meters and a time of 0-7 minutes while high accessibility is a hotel with a distance >400 meters and time >7 minutes of public facilities. This study resulted, all the existing hotels in Jetis Sub-district with a total of 31 hotels that can be reached with an average speed of vehicle are included to high accessibility while the result for the average speed of walking people, there are 28 hotels are included to high accessibility and 3 hotels are included to low accessibility.
