PERSEPSI DAN INTERAKSI MASYARAKAT MASYARAKAT DESA GETAS TERHADAP SUMBERDAYA HUTAN

Kondisi ekonomi masyarakat yang rendah telah mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat dalam menyikapi sumberdaya hutan. Masyarakat akan cenderung melakukan eksploitasi sumberdaya hutan tanpa memperhatikan Undang-undang ataupun peraturan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat Desa Getas terhadap sumberdaya hutan disekitarnya, mengetahui bentuk-bentuk interaksi masyarakat Desa Getas terhadap sumberdaya hutan disekitarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Getas, Kecamatan Kradenan, Kabupaten Blora, Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada bulan Januari-Februari 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 30 informan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hutan di sekitar Desa Getas dikelola dengan sistem Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (PHBM). Persepsi masyarakat Desa Getas terhadap sumberdaya hutan yaitu masyarakat mengetahui bahwa kawasan hutan produksi Perhutani merupakan hutan milik pemerintah yang aksesnya terbatas untuk masyarakat, masyarakat memandang bahwa hutan merupakan sumber penghidupan mereka, karena sejak jaman dahulu para pendahulu mereka juga telah memanfaatkan hutan sebagai sumber penghidupan mereka, Desa Getas yang letaknya jauh dari pusat kota dan tingkat pendidikan masyarakatnya tergolong rendah maka mayoritas informan mengatakan bahwa memanfaatkan hutan di lingkungan sekitar mereka cenderung lebih mudah dan menghasilkan dibanding harus bekerja merantau ke kota. Interaksi masyarakat terhadap sumberdaya hutan di Desa Getas meliputi pengambilan hijauan pakan ternak, pengambilan kayu bakar, pembuatan arang, pengambilan sarang semut rangrang, penggembalaan hewan ternak, pengambilan tonggak jati, pengambilan batu/galian c, penggarapan lahan, pembibrikan, pencurian kayu, pemburuan satwa liar dan pemanfaatan ulat jati.

This research was conducted in the village of Getas, Kradenan, Blora, Central Java province in January-February 2016. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. Data were collected by direct observation, interviews and document study. Mechanical determination of informants by using purposive sampling and got 30 informants. The data were analyzed descriptively by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the forest around the village of Getas managed system Collaborative Forest Management (CBFM). The public perception Village Getas to forest resources that the community is aware that production forests Perhutani is forest owned by the government restricted access to the public, the public perceives that the forest is the source of their livelihood, because since antiquity as their predecessors have also been using the forest as a source of their livelihood, Getas village far away from the city center and relatively low education level of society the majority of the informants said that using forests in the environment around them tend to be more easily and produce than have to work to migrate to the city. Interaction communities to forest resources in the village Getas involves taking fodder, fuelwood, charcoal, making nests weaver ants, grazing cattle, making milestone teak, making stone / quarrying c, tilling of the soil, illegal land use, illegal logging, hunting animals wild and utilization of teak caterpillars.
