Dalam pembuatan produk U-Girder, harus ada sinkronisasi antara pihak pabrik dengan pihak proyek, supaya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan yang telah dipesan dari proyek, Pabrik Produksi Beton Bogor harus menerapkan proses produksi dengan baik. Tujuan pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses produksi U-Girder dari persetujuan desain gambar hingga distribusi produk agar tetap terjamin mutu produk sehingga tetap menjaga kepercayaan konsumen terhadap PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Untuk dapat mengetahui proses produksi dari U-Girder maka dilakukan study kasus pada Jalur 2 dan Jalur 5 Pabrik Produk Beton Bogor. Dengan mengetahui desain gambar dari U-Girder, proses produksi yang dimulai dari proses pembesian hingga pendistribusian, harga bahan dan upah, standar material yang dipakai, data kuat tekan dari U-Girder. Perhitungan dilakukan untuk mengetahui biaya, dan jumlah pekerja. Dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara keseluruhan proses produksi U-Girder sudah sesuai dengan rencana, serta antara Jalur 2 dan Jalur 5 tidak banyak perbedaan yang signifikan, tetapi kuat tekan lebih besar pada Jalur 5 daripada Jalur 2 dikarenakan perbedaan ruangan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan perlakuan beton.

The purpose of making this final project is to analyze the U-Girder production process from design agreement until product distribution so that the quality of product keep guarantee and the customer trust will continue to PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk To be able to know the production process of U-Girder then there was conducted a case study on Plant 2 and Plant 5 Bogor Concrete Products Factory. By knowing the design of the U-Girder, the production process was started from the iron treatment to distribution, material prices and wages, duration of job time is calculated with full of realization, the using of material standard, the compression strength of the U-Girder data. The calculation is done to determine the cost, and number of workers. From the calculation that has been done, it can be concluded that the overall management of the production of U-Girder is already according to plan, as well as between Plant 2 and Plant 5 there are not many significant differences, but the greater compressive strength on Plant 5 of the Plant 2 due to the different room, which lead to different treatment of concrete.
