METODE KONSTRUKSI DAN BIAYA U-SHAPED GIRDER PADA JALUR LAYANG PROYEK LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT (LRT) JABODEBEK

U-Shaped Girder adalah konsep viaduct yang relative baru di Indonesia. Pemahaman mengenai konsep viaduct tersebut yang meliputi metode konstruksi pemasangan (erection) girder, biaya material, dan biaya pemasangan (erection) untuk proyek Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek sangat diperlukan. Pemahaman tersebut diperlukan untuk menganalisis apakah metode konstruksi yang disusun perencana sudah sesuai dengan keadaan asli yang ada di lapangan dan menganalisis biaya yang telah disusun oleh perencana. Untuk itu dilakukan studi kasus pada proyek Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui biaya material U-Shaped Girder, metode konstruksi pemasangan (erection) U-Shaped Girder dan biaya pemasangan (erection) U-Shaped Girder. Dari analisis yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa metode konstruksi pemasangan (erection) U-Shaped Girder sudah berjalan cukup baik dan sesuai standar (SOP) yang ada. Biaya material yang diperlukan untuk 1 unit U-Shaped Girder dengan volume 57,33 m3 adalah Rp 237.400.949. Selisih biaya material perhitungan aktual dengan perhitungan dari PT.Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. adalah sebesar Rp 20.794.128. Biaya pemasangan (erection) 1 unit U-Shaped Girder dengan volume 57,33 m3 adalah Rp 32.316.028.

U-Shaped Girder is a relative new viaduct concept in Indonesia. Undesrstanding of the concept of viaduct which includes the method of girder installation (erection) construction, material cost, and the cost of installation (erection) for LRT is needed. Such an understanding is needed to analyze wheter the construction method developed by the planner is consistent with the real condition and analyzes the cost that the planner has prepared. For that reason case study was conducted on Jabodebek Light Rail Transit (LRT) project. The analysis was performed to find out the cost material of U-Shaped Girder, U-Shaped Girder erection method, and cost of U-Shaped Girder erection. From the analysis, it can be concluded that U-Shaped Girder erection construction method has been running well and according to the standard (SOP). The cost of the material required for 1 unit U-Shaped Girder with volume 57.33 m3 is Rp 237,400,949. The difference between actual cost calculation and calculation from PT.Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. is equal to Rp 20,794,128. The cost of 1 U-Shaped Girder erection with volume 57,33 m3 is Rp 32.316.028.
