Penelitian mengenai respons mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian UGM terhadap website Agrotani ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Respons mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian UGM terhadap website Agrotani, 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi respons mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian UGM terhadap website Agrotani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel mahasiswa responden dilakukan dengan acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Total sampel berjumlah 64 mahasiswa yaitu 16 mahasiswa dari masing-masing angkatan per departemen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji proporsi dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode Backward. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki respons yang baik terhadap website Agrotani. Mahasiswa Departemen Budidaya Pertanian lebih responsif terhadap website Agrotani dibandingan mahasiswa departemen Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian, kualitas informasi website berpengaruh positif, kualitas sistem berpengaruh negatif, sementara kemudahan penggunaan website berpengaruh positif terhadap respons mahasiswa. Nilai signifikansi faktor departemen 0,003 dengan nilai koefisien regresi -4,306, nilai signifikansi faktor kualitas informasi 0,005, dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,464, nilai signifikansi faktor kualitas sistem 0,015 dengan nilai koefisien regresi -0,587 dan nilai signifikansi kemudahan penggunaan 0,007 dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,587.

Website is the whole page contained in a domain that contains information. Currently many websites used as a source of informations with no exception in agricultural field. One of the websites that becomes the source of agricultural information is Agrotani. Study on the students of Faculty of Agriculture UGM responses on Agrotani website was created with the aim to determine: 1) Students of Faculty of Agriculture UGM responses towards Agrotani website, 2) Factors that affect students of Faculty of Agriculture UGM responses towards Agrotani Website. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Sampling of student respondents were done randomly (simple random sampling). The number of total sample was 64 students which is 16 students from each year (year 1 and year 4) per department (Departemen Budidaya Pertanian and Departemen Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian). The analysis method that used in this research was proportion test and multiple linear regression analysis with Backward method. The result of this research showed that the majority of Faculty of Agriculture UGM students have good response towards Agrotani website. Students of the Departemen Budidaya Pertanian is more responsive towards Agrotani website compared to Departemen Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian, the credibility of the information that is provided by the website have affect student response positively, the quality system of the website affect student response negatively, while the ease of use of the website have positive impact on student responses. The significant value of department factor is 0,003 with regression coefficient value -4.306, the significant value of information quality factor is 0,005 with regression coefficient value 0,464, the significant value of system quality factor is 0,015 with regression coefficient value -0.587 and the significant value of ease of use of the significant value of 0,007 with regression coefficient value 0,587.
