PEMETAAN POTENSI PETERNAKAN SAPI DI KABUPATEN BOYOLALI TAHUN 2016 MENGGUNAKAN PEMANFAATAN WEBGIS

Kabupaten Boyolali merupakan salah satu wilayah dari Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang dijadikan ikon kota susu karena merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil susu sapi terbesar. Rata-rata masyarakat Kabupaten Boyolali adalah peternak sapi, sehingga populasi ternak sapi tersebar disetiap kecamatan. Setiap wilayah memiliki kondisi yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas ternak sapi yang dibudidayakan, sehingga penyebaran infomasi mengenai potensi budidaya ternak sapi perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produktivitas ternak sapi di Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan potensi ternak sapi di Kabupaten Boyolali berdasarkan populasi, kondisi wilayah dan produktivitas ternak sapi, menyusun database potensi ternak sapi di Kabupaten Boyolali serta menyajikan informasi peternakan sapi dalam bentuk WebGIS. Pemetaan potensi ternak sapi dilakukan dengan mengolah data populasi ternak, topografi wilayah, serta data survei lapangan dan wawancara terhadap peternak sapi untuk menentukan produktivitas ternak sapi dalam bentuk kuisioner dengan data administrasi untuk menyusun database potensi ternak sapi. Pemetaan potensi ternak sapi dilakukan dengan menggabungkan data informasi persebaran ternak sapi dan potensi ternak sapi di Kabupaten Boyolali yang diperoleh dari produktivitas ternak sapi dan nilai ekonomi dari produktivitas ternak sapi dalam tampilan peta online. Hasil penelitian ini berupa tampilan peta populasi ternak, peta populasi jenis ternak, peta populasi ternak ruminansia, peta populasi ternak sapi, peta potensi ternak sapi perah, peta potensi ternak sapi potong, peta potensi limbah ternak sapi, dan peta arahan kesesuaian wilayah ternak sapi di kabupaten boyolali tahun 2016. Penyajian peta potensi ternak sapi berupa peta online pada ArcGIS online yang dapat ditampilkan dalam halaman website. Penyajian peta dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui informasi peternakan sapi dengan lebih informatif, menarik dan mudah dipahami. Penyajian peta online potensi ternak sapi berperan untuk menyediakan informasi potensi peternakan sapi di Kabupaten Boyolali kepada masyarakat luas yang dapat diakses oleh siapapun, kapanpun, dan dimanapun, sehingga kebutuhan informasi khususnya peternakan sapi di Kabupaten Boyolali dapat terpenuhi.

Boyolali regency is one of the areas in Central Java Province where becomes an icon of dairy town because it is one of the largest dairy cow production areas. The average community in Boyolali Regency is cattle ranchers, so the population of cattle is spread in every sub-district. Each region has conditions that affect the productivity of cattle are cultivated, so that the dissemination of information about the potential of cattle is needed to improve the quality of cattle production in Boyolali. This study aims to map the potential of cattle in Boyolali based on the population, the condition of the region and the productivity of cattle, arranging the potential data of cattle in Boyolali and presenting the information of cattle farm in the form of WebGIS. The potential mapping of livestock is done by processing data the population of livestock, topography of the region, and field survey data and cattle ranchers interview to determine the productivity of cattle in the form of questionnaires with administrative data to arrange a potential database of cattle. The potential mapping of cattle is done by combining information data on the distribution of cattle and the potential of cattle in Boyolali which are obtained from the productivity of cattle and the economic value of cattle productivity in the form of online map. The results of this study are the map of livestock population, the population map of livestock species, population map of livestock ruminansia, population map of cattle, potential map of dairy cattle, potential map of beef cattle, potential map of cattle waste, and map of conforming area map of cattle in cattle Boyolali in 2016. Presentation of potential map of cattle in the form of online map on ArcGIS online that can be displayed in website page. The presentation of maps can be used to find the information on cattle farms in more informative, interesting and easy to understand. Presentation of the potential online map of cattle livestock to provide information on the potential of cattle farms in Boyolali to the wider community that can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere, so that information needs, especially cattle ranch in Boyolali regency can be fulfilled.
