Rekondisi Trainer Pengisian IC Regulator

Di laboratorium DIII Teknik Mesin UGM ada satu Trainer Pengisian IC Regulator dalam keadaan rusak, yaitu kerusakan yang terjadi pada sistem pengisian. Tujuan dari rekondisi dilakukan agar sistem pengisian pada Trainer Pengisian IC Regulator dapat berfungsi lagi. Tugas akhir ini, penulis memperbaiki trainer dan sistem listrik dengan mengambil bagian trainer, periksa semua kondisi dari bagian-bagian pada trainer, periksa semua kondisi bagian listrik sistem pengapian, sistem pengisian, sistem starter dan kemudian membandingkan hasil dengan ukuran komponen secara default, sehingga dapat mengetahui bagian-bagian yang rusak dan harus diganti. Setelah rekondisi, trainer dapat digunakan kembali dalam kondisi baik. Siswa dapat belajar prinsip kerja sistem pengisian yang ada pada Trainer Pengisian IC Regulator. Selain itu, penulis berharap bahwa mesin trainer ini akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi siswa yang akan belajar lebih banyak tentang diagram pengkabelan dari sistem pengisian pada mesin.

In the laboratory DIII Mechanical Engineering UGM there is one trainer charging regulator IC in condition of disrepair, that is damage happened in the charging system. The purpose of reconditioning so that the charging system on the trainer charging regulator IC in order has good function. In this thesis, author repairing machines and electrical system by take part the machine, check all the electrical parts condition of the charging system, check all the conditions of the parts of electricity, check all conditions of the ignition system's electrical parts, charging system, starter system and then compare the results with the size of the component by default, so it can know the parts are damaged and must be replaced. After recondition, trainer can be reused in good condition. Students can learn the working principle of the charging system that existed at the trainer charging regulator IC. Moreover, author hope that this trainer engine will provide many benefits for students who will learn more about the wiring diagram of the charging system on the machine.
