PERANCANGAN ANTARMUKA SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT PADA RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS BEDAH RINGROAD SELATAN

Latar Belakang : RSKB Ring Road Selatan memiliki kendala pada software yang digunakan di RS tersebut saat ini yaitu belum terintegrasi antar instalasi serta belum dapat mengerjakan pengolahan data dan pelaporan penyakit, sehingga pengerjaannya masih dikerjakan secara manual dan menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan. Oleh sebab itu, perancang tertarik membuat rancangan antarmuka Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit di RSKB Ring Road Selatan untuk memperbaiki atau mengatasi permasalahan dari software yang digunakan saat ini. Tujuan : Tujuan umum dari perancangan ini adalah menghasilkan rancangan antarmuka sistem informasi rumah sakit pada RSKB Ring Road Selatan. Sementara, tujuan khusus dari perancangan ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna SIMRS, merancang dan membuat Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1 dan 2, serta rancangan antarmuka dari prototype Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit pada RSKB Ring Road Selatan. Metode : Perancangan ini menggunakan metode perancangan prototyping yang mekanisme proses perancangannya adalah menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna sistem, perancangan antarmuka sistem informasi. Hasil : Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah Analisis Kebutuhan Pengguna Sistem Informasi, Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1 dan 2, serta rancangan antarmuka dari prototype Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit pada RSKB Ring Road Selatan. Kesimpulan : Telah dibuat rancangan antarmuka sistem informasi rumah sakit pada RSKB Ring Road Selatan sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan pengguna di rumah sakit tersebut. RSKB Ring Road Selatan sebaiknya memperbaiki sistem informasinya agar dapat terintegrasi antarinstalasi. Perancang bagian lain sebaiknya mengimplementasikan rancangan telah dibuat oleh perancang antarmuka dalam membuat sistem informasi.

Background : RSKB Ring Road Selatan have constraints on the software at this hospital that are not integrated connecting all of instalation and cannot be done the data processing and reporting a disease, so it was done manually and jurors several problems. Because of that, designer interested to make interface design of hospital information systems based web in RSKB Ring Road Selatan to fix or solve the problem of software current use. Objective : The general objectives of this design is to produce user interface design of hospital information systems on the RSKB Ring Road Selatan. While, a special objectives of this design is to identify the needs of user hospital information systems web-based , designed and manufactured the context diagram, the data flow diagram (DFD) level 1 and 2, and interface design of the prototype hospital information system on the RSKB Ring Road Selatan. Methods : This design uses prototyping design method. The mechanism process of design as follows phase analysis users system needs and phase design interface information system. Results : The result of the desain are analysis the needs of user hospital information systems, the context diagram, the data flow diagram (DFD) level 1 and 2, and interface design of the prototype hospital information system on the RSKB Ring Road Selatan. Conclusion: User interface design of hospital information systems have manufactured on the RSKB Ring Road Selatan same with the needs of user hospital information systems that have analysed on this hospital. RSKB Ring Road Selatan should repair information systems, so it can be integrated connecting all of instalation. The other designer should be implemented this design to manufacture this information system.
