TIPE PENGGUNAAN LAHAN DI KAWASAN GREEN BELT WADUK SERMO KULON PROGO

Tipe penggunaan lahan merupakan suatu bentuk intervensi manusia terhadap lahan dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan hidup masyarakat dengan memanfaatkannya untuk menanam jenis tanaman yang menguntungkan. Pemilihan jenis tanaman harus sesuai dengan lahan green belt, adapun kriteria pemilihan jenis tanaman yaitu sebagai stabilisasi, dan harus cocok dengan kondisi tanah dan lokasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipe penggunaan lahan yang terdapat pada suatu kawasan dan kesesuaian jenis tanaman dengan lahan Green belt. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode nested sampling dengan ukuran petak 20 m x 20 m dengan lima kali ulangan pada setiap tipe lahan, untuk petak ukur 2 m x 2 m yaitu tingkatan tumbuhan bawah dan semai, 5 m x 5 m untuk tingkatan sapihan, 10 m x 10 m untuk tingkatan tiang dan 20 m x 20 m untuk tingkatan pohon, penelitian ini dilakukan pada lahan Green belt Waduk Sermo Kulon Progo. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan terdapat beberapa tipe penggunaan lahan yaitu tipe monokultur Sengon didominasi tanaman Sengon pada berbagai tingkatan. Tipe agroforestry (Silvopasture) ditunjukkan dengan nilai INP Gmelina pada tingkatan tiang dan pohon secara berurutan 231,68% dan 200,55%, untuk tumbuhan bawah rumput sebesar 111,43%. Agroforestry dengan tanaman MPTS ditunjukkan dengan INP tertinggi pada tingkatan sapihan yaitu rambutan sebesar 71,81%, pada tingkatan tiang dan pohon yaitu durian sebesar 119,42% dan 134,75% , untuk tumbuhan bawah yaitu jahe sebesar 88,14%. Tipe perkebunan ditunjukkan dengan INP semai dan sapihan hanya didominasi kakao, tumbuhan bawah tertinggi rumput sebesar 107,95%, dan untuk kelapa sebesar 272,57%. Tipe kebun campur ditunjukkan dengan berbagai tanaman berkayu yang komersial pada satu lahan yang sama, nilai INP tertinggi pada tingkat semai, tiang dan pohon yaitu mahoni sebesar 200%, 115,18% dan 178,31%, pada tingkat sapihan yaitu kakao sebesar 300%. Kesesuaian jenis dari kelima tipe penggunaan lahan, sesuai dengan beberapa parameter kondisi lingkungan yaitu tanah, curah hujan dan kelerengan serta mempunyai berbagai manfaat bagi petani seperti pakan ternak dan kayu bakar. Tanah Jenis tanah inseptisol dan entisol merupakan jenis tanah muda yang masih mengalami dekomposisi terus-menerus sehingga kandungan hara belum kompleks dengan curah hujan 2800 mm/tahun termasuk tinggi dan kelerengan yang rata-rata agak curam 15-25%.

Type of land use is a form of human intervention of land in order to meet needs life of people by using it to planting a profitable plant species. The selection of plant species should be accordance with green belt area, as for the selection criteria of plant species that is as stabilization, and must be match the soil conditions and thays location. This research aims to determine the type of land use contained in an area and the suitability of the type of plant with Green belt land. This research conducted using nested sampling method with 20m x 20m plot size with five replications in each type of land, for 2 mx 2m plot of weeding round and seedlings, 5m x 5m for sapling, 10m x 10m for poles level and 20m x 20m for trees level. This research was conducted on Green Belt Land of Sermo Kulon Progo Reservoir. The results of the research is shown there are several types of land use, that is type of monoculture Sengon. Sengon plant dominated at various levels. Type of agroforestry (Silvopasture) is indicated by INP Gmelina at pole and tree level respectively 231.68% and 200.55%, for under grass of 111.43%. Agroforestry with MPTS plant is shown by the highest INP at the sapling level of rambutan equal to 71.81%, at the level of pole and tree that is durian equal to 119.42% and 134.75%, for ginger down which is 88,14%. Plantation type is indicated by INP seedlings and only kakao sapling, highest grass underweight of 107.95%, and for coconut of 272.57%. The type of mixed garden is indicated by various commercial woody trees on the same land, the highest INP value at the seedling, poles and trees level of 200%, 115.18% and 178.31%, at the sapling rate of 300% kakao. The suitability of the type five types of land use, in accordance with several parameters of environmental conditions in land, rainfall and slopes and has various benefits for farmers such as cattle and firewood. Soil Type of soil inseptisol and entisol is a type of young soil that still experiencing continuous decomposition so the nutrients content has not been complex with rainfall 2800 mm/year including the height and slopes are on average rather steep 15-25%
