Kemajuan Desa Wisata Pentingsari tidak lepas dari partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan masyarakatnya. Laporan ini bertujuan : 1) untuk mengetahui proses pelatihan sumberdaya manusia di Pentingsari, 2) untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kompetensi sumberdaya manusia di Pentingsari terhadap pelayanan wisatawan. Laporan ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan pelatihan sumberdaya manusia akan lebih terlihat maksimal apabila ada wisatawan, karena masyarakat akan berinteraksi langsung dengan wisatawan. Faktor pendukung adanya pelatihan sumberdaya manusia di Pentingsari adalah potensi alam, pertisipasi masyarakat, sumberdaya manusia yang memadai, dan kepemimpinan yang baik dari pengelola desa wisata, dan dukungan dari pemerintah desa, pemerintahan seperti dukungan dana untuk memfasilitasi kompetensi masyarakat.

The progress of Pentingsari tourism village not of the community participation in community empowerment. This purpose of this report is: 1) to know the human resources training process in Pentingsari, 2) to know the implementation of human resources competency in Pentingsari to the tourism services. This report shows that the process of applying human resource training will seems more maximal if the tourists are come, because the community will have directly interaction with the tourists. The supporting factors of human resource training in Pentingsari are nature's potential, participation society, adequated human resources, and the good leadership from the tourism village managers, and supports from the village government, government such as funding support to facilitate community competence.
