UJI VALIDITAS DAN RELIABILITAS SOCIAL COMPETENCE SCALE PARENT VERSION (SCS-PV) DI BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

2017 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU KEPERAWATANINTISARI Latar Belakang: Kompetensi sosial adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menerapkan keterampilan sosial secara efektif untuk mencapai tujuannya dalam interaksi sosial. Hal itu sangat penting bagi masa pertumbuhan anak pada masa prasekolah. Instrumen Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kompetensi sosial anak usia prasekolah usia 3-5 tahun. Namun, instrumen ini masih jarang untuk dilakukan penelitian di Indonesia. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui validitas konstrak dan reliabilitas konsistensi internal instrumen Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) dalam versi Bahasa Indonesia. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional design. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV). Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 132 orang tua anak usia 3 - 5 tahun di Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Aba Mardi Putra dan TK Islam Bina Lembaga Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2017. Hasil: Sebelum melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, instrumen SCS-PV diterjemahkan terlebih dahulu kedalam Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan teori Brislin. Instrumen Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) teruji valid dengan skor validitas berkisar dari 0,435** - 0,776** (r > 0,17 ; taraf siginifikansi 0,01). Instrumen dinyatakan reliabel dengan koefisien alpha 0,847. Hasil menunjukkan berkorelasi positif antar item dan memiliki konsistensi internal yang baik. Kesimpulan: Instrumen Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) yang telah diterjemahkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dinyatakan valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur kompetensi sosial anak prasekolah usia 3 - 5 tahun di wilayah Yogyakarta. ABSTRACT Background: Social competence is someone's ability to effectively aplying their social skills in order to achieve their goals in social interaction. That became important for children's growth at Golden Age. Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) Instrument can be used to measure social competence on children at preschool age around 3 - 5 years old. However, this instrument was rarely used to conduct research in Indonesia. Goal: To understand the construct validity and reliability internal consistency of Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) Instrument that has been translated into Bahasa Indonesia. Method: This research was a quantitative research using cross sectional design plan. Sampling method was done by using Social Competence Scale Parent Version questionaire. The sample in this research were 132 adults with children at age around 3 - 5 years old in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted on Aba Mardi Putra and Islam Bina Lembaga kindergarten at Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in March 2017. Result: Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) Instrument was valid with value validity score around 0,435** - 0,776** (r > 0,17 ; significant at the 0,01) . This instrument was stated reliable with alpha coeffiicient of 0,847. This result shows positive correlation between items. Conclusion: Social Competence Scale Parent Version (SCS-PV) Instrument that has been translated into Bahasa Indonesia was valid and reliable to measure social competence of children at preschool age around 3 - 5 years old in Yogyakarta.
