METODE PELAKSANAAN DAN ANALISIS KAPASITAS DUKUNG FONDASI TIANG BOR DOUBLE BOX UNDERPASS PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL PASURUAN - PROBOLINGGO

Fondasi tiang bor merupakan fondasi tiang yang pemasangannya dilakukan dengan mengebor tanah terlebih dahulu. Pemakaian fondasi tiang bor merupakan alternatif lain, bilamana pelaksanaan suatu konstruksi berada pada suatu lokasi yang sulit atau berisiko tinggi terhadap lingkungan sekitar apabila menggunakan fondasi tiang pancang. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan fondasi tiang bor bangunan double box underpass STA 1+368 pada proyek pembangunan jalan tol Pasuruan-Probolinggo serta menganalisis kapasitas dukung fondasi tiang bor hasil perhitungan manual berdasar data SPT dengan hasil uji PDA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan ini adalah metode studi pustaka, metode observasi, wawancara secara langsung dan dokumentasi Berdasar hasil pembahasan dan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan fondasi tiang bor yang digunakan di lapangan yaitu metode basah yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap pekerjaan, diantarannya pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan fabrikasi tulangan, pekerjaan pengeboran, pekerjaan pemasangan tulangan dan pipa tremie serta pekerjaan pengecoran. Kapasitas dukung fondasi tiang bor hasil perhitungan manual berdasar data SPT dengan metode Decourt & Quaresma adalah 327,825 ton dan metode Reese & Wright adalah 397,097 ton serta hasil pengujian PDA adalah 420 ton. Beban kerja yang dapat dipikul oleh kelompok tiang berdasar hasil tes PDA yaitu 8477,28 ton.

Bore pile foundation is a foundation which the installation is done with a drill ground in advance. The bore pile foundation is another alternative, when the implementation of a construction in the location is difficult or high risky to the environment when using a pile foundation. Purpose of this study is to know the methods of implementation of the work of the bore pile foundation of double box underpasses STA 1+368 in Pasuruan – Probolinggo toll road construction project and analyze the support capacity of the bore pile foundation with manual calculation results based on SPT from PDA test results. The methods used in the preparation of this report is to study methods of library, method of observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of discussion and analysis it can be concluded that the implementation method of the bore pile foundation used in the field is called wet method which consists of several stages of work, preparation work, reinforcement fabrication work, drilling work, installation of reinforcement and tremie pipe work, and concrete work. As for the capacity to support the bore pile foundation manual calculation results based on data by the method of SPT Decourt & Quaresma is 327,825 tons and the method of Reese & Wright is 397,097 tons as well as the results of testing a PDA is 420 tons. The work load that can be endured by the group pile based on PDA result is 8477,28 tons.
