EFEKTIFITAS DAN PRODUKTIVITAS METODE PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN TIMBUNAN TANAH BORROW MATERIAL STA. 06+550 - 09+500 PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL PASURUAN - PROBOLINGGO SEKSI 1

Pekerjaan timbunan tanah meliputi pembersihan area lokasi, pembersihan borrow pit, penggalian, pengangkutan, penghamparan dan pemadatan material yang diperoleh dari lokasi borrow yang telah disetujui untuk melaksanakan timbunan, subgrade dan bagian lain sesuai dengan petunjuk direksi. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan timbunan dimulai dari pengukuran elevasi rencana, mendatangkan material timbunan, perataan dan pemadatan, pemadatan dan penyiraman, pemadatan dan tes kepadatan, serta pemadatan dan tes per layer. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan timbunan, dan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas dari produktivitas alat berat yang digunakan di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa volume total pekerjaan timbunan dari STA. 06+550 � 09+500 adalah sebesar 625677,31 m3 dalam kondisi padat, dan 869691,46 LCM dalam kondisi gembur, taksiran produktivitas untuk alat berat sheep foot roller sebesar 173,4 m3/jam, dan alat berat vibrator smooth drum roller sebesar 266 m3/jam. Sedangkan produktivitas alat dilapangan untuk alat berat vibrator smooth drum roller sebesar 204,96 m3/jam dan sheep foot roller sebesar 168,79 m3/jam. Produktivitas sheep foot roller dan vibrator smooth drum roller dilapangan lebih rendah dari pada produktivitas rencana sehingga efektifitas kerja mesin belum tercapai.

The work of a heap land includes a cleaning location area, cleaning borrow pit, excavating, transporting, and compacting the material obtained from the location of the borrow that has been approved to implement a heap, subgrade and other parts in according with instruction of the board of directors. The implementation of the work heap started from the measurement of the elevation of the plan, brought heap of material, grading and compacting, compacting and basins, compacting and test density, compacting and layering test. The purpose in the preparation of the final task is to know the methods of the implementation of the work of a heap, and to know the level of effectiveness of the productivity of the machine that use in the field. Based on the analysis and the discussion it can be concluded that the volume of the work of a heap of STA. 06+550 � 09+500 is 625677,31 m3 in solid condition, and 869691,46 LCM in loose condition, the assessment of the productivity for the machine ssheep foot roller is 173,4 m3/hour, and vibrator smooth drum roller is 266 m3/hour. While the productivity machine on the field for vibration smooth drum roller is 204,96 m3/hour, and for sheep foot roller is 168,79 m3/hour. The productivity of sheep foot roller and vibrator smooth drum roller in the field is lower than on the productivity of the plan, so the effectiveness of the work machine has not been achieved.
