ANALISIS WAKTU BEKERJA EFEKTIF PEKERJA PEMASANGAN BATA RINGAN PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMEN U-RESIDENCE 3 + TOWER 5

Efektivitas digunakan untuk menilai produktivitas yang mengarah pada pencapaian kerja yang maksimal dimana semakin besar persentase yang dicapai maka semakin tinggi efektivitasnya. Tingkat efektivitas tenaga kerja dalam bekerja adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui waktu bekerja efektif tenaga kerja dan mengetahui pengaruh umur, pengalaman kerja, tingkat pendidikan, kesesuian upah, komposisi kelompok kerja, kesehatan pekerja, manajerial, komposisi kelompok kerja terhadap waktu bekerja efektif tenaga kerja. Dalam mengukur waktu bekerja efektif pekerja dapat dilakukan beberapa macam metode, salah satunya adalah metode LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) masing-masing pekerja, yaitu meneliti seberapa besar waktu pekerja dalam bekerja dan pengisian kuesioner. Dari hasil pengumpulan data, baik data waktu bekerja dan data kuesioner dilakukan proses pengolahan data dengan bantuan aplikasi software SPSS versi 23. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat waktu bekerja efektif pekerja rata-rata pada pekerjaan pemasangan bata ringan pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen U-Residence 3 + Tower 5 sebesar 77,30%, cukup memuaskan karena rata-rata diatas 50%. Variabel yang telah ditentukan ternyata siginifikasinya 0,159 > 0,05 maka secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap besaran waktu bekerja efektif. Secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan adalah komposisi kelompok kerja dan variabel yang paling dominan dalam bsaran waktu bekerja efektif pekerja adalah kesesuian upah. Effectiveness used to measure productivity which refer to maximum a complishment where in the larger the percentage a achieved, the higher the effectiveness. The labour’s productivity is one of influential factor in development project. This research is aimed at knowing the effective working time rate and the influence of ages, job experience, level of education, fee concordance, healthy of worker, managerial, and composition of working towards the effective working time In measuring the level of effective working time rate can be done with several kinds of methods, on of which is a method of LUR (Labour Utilization Rate), which calculates the level of worker productivity by observing the working time of worker and filling the questionnaire. From the data collected, both productivity data and questionnaire data processing with SPSS version 23 software application. From which, it can be concluded that the effective working time rate average is 77,30 %. It means that it is quite effective because of being more that 50 %. The decided variable significance is 0,159 > 0,05 (conditioned sig) so that it has no simultaneous influence towards the effective rate. Partially, the variable having signficant influence are composition of working and the fee concordance has the most dominant. Keywords :Labour Utilization Rate, Simultaneous, Partial, Dominant
