SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN PASIEN BERBASIS WEB

Dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien, Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Ring Road Selatan telah menggunakan sistem yang dibuat oleh petugas information technology (IT). Sistem tersebut dibuat pada tahun 2014, berbasis dekstop, dan hanya mampu merekam serta menampilkan kembali data, sehingga pengelolahan data belum bisa di lakukan. Dengan keterbatasan sistem yang hanya dapat merekam dan menampilkan data, maka untuk membuat berbagai laporan seperti laporan sepuluh penyakit paling banyak diderita pasien dan laporan yang lain masih dilakukan dengan perhitungan satu per satu yang tingkat kesalahannya sangat tinggi. Sistem yang ada juga belum mampu untuk melakukan filter data pasien berdasarkan parameter tertentu, pengolahan data untuk pelaporan, manajemen data pasien, tidak dapat melakukan input data rawat inap dan koding berkas rekam medis, pendaftaran pasien dan layanan yang terintegrasi, serta diagram atau chart untuk menjelaskan suatu kondisi dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dibuat sistem informasi layanan pasien berbasis web untuk menangani masalah pengelolahan data dan mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan laporan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dibantu dengan framework Laravel, Javascript dengan framework JQuery, webserver Apache, dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, telah berhasil dibangun sistem informasi layanan pasien yang telah memenuhi semua kebutuhan fungsional yang sudah disebutkan pada analisis dan kebutuhan sistem, sekaligus memperbaruhi dan menambahkan fitur yang belum ada di sistem yang lama dan juga memudahkan dalam pembuatan laporan.

In order to give a proper services to patients, Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah (RSKB) Ring Road Selatan has used a system made by the Information Technology (IT) officers. The system was made in 2014, a desktop based, and only capable to record and display the data without processing it first. With those limitations from the system that can only record and display the data, then in order to create various reports such as a report of the ten most common illness of patients and any other reports are still done by manual calculation one by one which has a very high error rate. The existing system also has not been able to filter the patients data based on a certain parameter, process the data for a reporting, manage patients data, input inpatient data and the coding of medical record files, registration and integrated services for patients, and diagrams or charts to explain a certain condition for a period of time. Based on those problems, it is necessary to build a web-based information system to handle the data management problem and to simplify the process of making a report. This system was built with the PHP programming language using the Laravel framework, Javascript using JQuery framework, Apache webserver, and MySQL for the management of the database. Based on the test result, the service information system for patients that has been successfully developed has fulfill all the functional requirements mentioned on the system analysis and requirement section, and also has update and add unavailable features on current system and simplify the process of making a report at once.
