Jenis elemen beton pracetak yang dapat diproduksi di pabrik beton pracetak ada bermacam-macam. Salah satu elemen struktur yang langsung mendukung beban penghuni sebuah bangunan gedung adalah plat lantai. Produktivitas tenaga kerja yang baik dibutuhkam untuk memenuhi target produksi dan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam memastikan proses produksi. Produktivitas tenaga kerja yang tinggi menunjukan kemampuan pekerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Metode analisa produktivitas dan biaya upah tenaga pekerjaan produksi hollow core slab massive dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung. Besarnya biaya upah didapatkan melalui wawancara langsung. Hasil analisa produktivitas menunjukan untuk melakukan produksi 1 pcs hollow core slab massive dibutuhkan waktu rata-rata 8,4 jam. Dalam satu hari kerja mampu melakukan produksi hollow core slab massive sebanyak 1 pcs. Hasil analisa biaya upah tenaga untuk memproduksi 1 pcs hollow core slab massive diperlukan biaya sebesar Rp1.480.000. Hasil analisa biaya material hollow core slab massive tipe HCS – L4 18A dengan panjang 5.48 m dibutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp2.710.000, HCS – L4 18A dengan panjang 5.04 m dibutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp2.490.000, dan HCS – L4 17E dibutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp2.710.000.

The type of precast concrete element which can be produce in precast concrete plants vary. One of elements stucture that directly supports the life load of a building is a floor plate. The precast plate component capable of reducting the conctruction cost caused by overall weight reduction of the building. This occurs because the precast plate produce as hollow core slab. Good productivity is needed to accomplish production targets. Worker productivity is one of the important factor in ensureing the production process. High work productivity shows the ability of workers in completing their work. The method of productivity and labor cost analysis of hollow core slab massive production work is done through direct observation. The amount of wage costs is obtained through direct interviews. The productivity analysis results show to do the production of 1 pieces of hollow core slab massive takes an average time of 8,4 hours. in one working day able to do hollow core slab massive production as much as 1 pieces. The results of wage manpower analysis to produce 1 pieces of hollow core slab massive requires cost Rp1.480.000. The results of hollow core slab massive material cost analysis of HCS-L4 18A with length of 5.48 m cost Rp2.710.000, HCS L4 18 with lnegth of 5.04 m cost Rp2.490.000 and HCS-L4 17E cost Rp2.710.000.
