ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN PERUSAHAAN DARI ASPEK KEUANGAN BERDASARKAN KEPUTUSAN MENTERI BUMN NOMOR: KEP 100/MBU/2002 (Studi Kasus pada PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2013 sampai 2016)

Informasi kondisi kesehatan keuangan perusahaan sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga eksistensi perusahaan dari persaigan. Salah satu perusahaan yang perlu dinilai tingkat kesehatan keuangannya adalah perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kesehatan keuangan PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk dari aspek keuangan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002 periode 2013-2016. Penilaian tingkat kesehatan dari aspek keuangan menggunakan delapan indikator yaiu Return On Equity, Return On Investment, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Perputaran Persediaan, Total Asset Turn Over dan Rasio Total Modal Sendiri terhadap Total Aset. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor : Kep-100/MBU/2002 periode tahun 2013-2016 yaitu pada tahun 2013 memperoleh total skor 55 dengan rasio tingkat kesehatan keuangan 78,57 dan predikat sehat kategori A. Pada tahun 2014 memperoleh total skor 51 dengan rasio tingkat kesehatan keuangan 72,86 dan predikat sehat kategori A. Pada tahun 2015 memperoleh total skor 48,25 dengan rasio tingkat kesehatan keuangan 68,93 dan predikat sehat kategori A. Pada tahun 2016 memperoleh total skor 40,25 dengan rasio tingkat kesehatan keuangan 57,50 dan predikat kurang sehat kategori BBB. PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk diharapkan mampu meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan keuangannya agar dapat memperoleh predikat sehat dengan kategori AAA dengan meningkatkan kinerja keuangannya.

Information about financial health condition of the company is needed to maintain the existence of the company from the competition. One company that needs to be assessed from its financial health is the state-owned enterprises thus emerged the decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. Kep-100/MBU/2002 to assess the soundness of state-owned enterprises. The purpose of this study was to find out more about financial soundness of PT Adhi Karya from financial aspects based on the Decree of Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. KEP-100/MBU/2002 period 2013-2016. Soundness assessment of the financial aspects used eight indicators that is Return On Equity, Return On Investment, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Inventory Turnover, Total Asset Turnover and Total Equity to Total Assets. From the research based on the Decree of the Minister of State Owned Enterprises No. Kep-100/MBU/2002 period from 2013 to 2016 is in 2013 the total score of 55 obtained by the ratio of financial soundness and predicate 78,57 A. In 2014 the total score of 51 obtained by the ratio of financial soundness and predicate 72,86 A. In 2015 the total score of 48,25 obtained by the ratio of financial soundness and predicate 68,93 A. In 2016 the total score of 40,25 obtained by the ratio of financial soundness and predicate 57,50 A. PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. is expected to raise the level of their financial health in order to obtain a healthy predicate with AAA category by improving its financial performance.
