PENGARUH LIBIDO SAPI PEMACEK TERHADAP KUALITAS SPERMATOZOA SECARA MAKROSKOPIK DAN MIKROSKOPIK DI UPTD. BPBPTDK DINAS PERTANIAN PROVINSI YOGYAKARTA

Keberhasilan kebuntingan sapi ditentukan oleh empat faktor yaitu ternak, peternak, petugas, dan sperma pejantan. Libido pejantan merupakan motivasi seksual yang teramati melalui perilaku ingin kawin, deteksi estrus, kopulasi, yang dipengaruhi oleh iklim, frekuensi kopulasi, perbandingan jantan dan betina, dan rangsangan seksual alami. Kualitas pejantan sangat penting untuk produksi semen beku dan informasi mengenai pengaruh libido terhadap kualitas sperma di BIB belum banyak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPTD. BPBPTDK Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Yogyakarta. Sampel ejakulat diambil dari 28 ekor sapi pejantan. Tingkat libido dengan waktu reaksi pejantan ketika mendekati teaser hingga keluar ejakulat. Ejakulat dikoleksi dengan metode vagina buatan dan diuji kualitas makroskopik dan mikroskopiknya di dalam laboratorium. Parameter yang diamati adalah volume semen segar, warna, konsentrasi, konsistensi, motilitas massa dan individu, serta jumlah spermatozoa motil. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode One way Annova untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan libido pejantan pemacek yang ada di UPTD. BPBPTDK Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Yogyakarta tidak ada hubungannya dengan warna, volume, konsistensi, konsentrasi, penghitungan hidup mati dari spermatozoa tetapi ada hubungan antara libido dengan abnormalitas, gerakan massa dan gerakan individu dari spermatozoa pada ejakulat sapi .

The success of cow's pregnancy was determined by four factors : cattle, breeder, officer, and bull sperm. Bull libido has been referred to sexual motivation, discovered through behaviors such as looking for mating, detection of estrus, and mating, which is affected by climate, frequency of copulation, male and female comparisons, and natural sexual stimulation. The bull quality is essential to the production of frozen semen and libido information regarding the effect of sperm quality in BIB has not been much. This research was conducted in UPTD. BPBPTDK Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Yogyakarta. Ejaculation samples were taken from 28 bulls. The level of bull libido's with time reaction of the bull approaching teaser up to ejaculating. Ejaculate collected with artificial vagina method and macroscopic and microscopic quality had tested in the laboratory. Parameters measured were fresh semen volume, color, concentration, consistency, motility masses and individuals, as well as the number of motile spermatozoa. The datas were analyzed using One way Annova method to determine the significance of differences in the data. The results showed bull libido in UPTD. BPBPTDK Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Yogyakarta that wasn't correlataion by color, volume, consistency, concentration, and calculation of life and death and abnormalities of spermatozoa but that were correlation between libido by abnormality, motility masses and individuals of spermatozoa.
