PELAKSANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN PRODUKTIVITAS, MUTU, SERTA BIAYA PRODUKSI BETON CORRUGATED CONCRETE SHEET PILES DI PT. WIJAYA KARYA BETON PABRIK BOGOR

PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. Pabrik Produk Beton Bogor merupakan salah satu pabrik yang memproduksi beton pracetak, salah satunya adalah CCSP (Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles). CCSP adalah dinding vertikal relatif tipis yang berfungsi untuk menahan tanah dan masuknya air ke dalam lubang galian. Pelaksanaan pembuatan CCSP secara umum meliputi pembesian, pensettingan cetakan, stressing akhir, pengecoran, finishing badan dan finishing ujung pangkal. Pengendalian produksi terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu produktivitas, mutu dan biaya. Produktivitas pembuatan CCSP selama satu siklus yaitu 0,716 m3/jam setara dengan 8 piles/day. Mutu CCSP (Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles) yang meliputi kuat tekan dan nilai slump flow memenuhi persyaratan di PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. Pabrik Produk Beton Bogor dan SNI 03-2847-2002. Nilai kuat tekan beton pada umur 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari adalah 67,60 Mpa, 70,30 Mpa, dan 87,23 Mpa, sedangkan nilai slump flow adalah 58 cm. Produksi CCSP (Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles) selama satu hari dapat menghasilkan 14 buah batang yang membutuhkan material besi sebanyak 1739,1 kg dan material beton sebanyak 18,2294 m3 dengan biaya material sebesar Rp 53.519.026,43 dan biaya listrik sebesar Rp 947.367,40 serta biaya untuk upah borongan sebesar Rp 3.595.173,21 sehingga total biaya produksi dalam sehari sebesar Rp 58.061.567,04. Dengan demikian, biaya produksi per batang adalah Rp 4.147.254,79.

PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. Pabrik Produk Beton Bogor is one of factory which produces precast concrete, for instance CCSP (Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles). CCSP is a slight vertical wallI which has function to restrain soil and coming water through the digging holes. Implementation of producing CCSP (Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles) commonly includes ironing, setting cast, final stressing, concrete working, body finishing, and edges finishing. Control of production includes productivity, concrete quality, and cost production. The productivity production of CCSP (Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles) in a siklus is 0.716 m3/hour equal to 8 piles/day. Quality control of concrete includes compressing strength and slump flow which meet the requirements of PT. Wijaya Karya Standar and SNI 03-2847-2002. The values of compressing strength at age of concrete in 7. 14, and 28 days are 67.60 Mpa, 70.30 Mpa, and 87.23 Mpa, while the value of slump flow is 58 cm. Production of CCSP (Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles) in a day is 14 piles which requires iron material as much as 1739.1 kg and concrete material as much as 18.2294 m3 so that the cost of material is Rp 53,519,026.43, cost of electric is Rp 947,367.40 and the wages is Rp 3.595.173,21 so, total cost of production in a day is Rp 58,061,567.04. Then, the cost of production per piles is Rp 4,147,254.79.
