PERSEPSI WISATAWAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN DESTINASI OBJEK WISATA PANTAI PARANGTRITIS : ANALISIS KEPUASAN DAN KINERJA

Salah satu destinasi wisata alam yang paling banyak dikunjungi di Provinsi DIY adalah pantai Parangtritis. Untuk menganalisis pengembangan pantai Parangtritis sebagai destinasi wisata alam unggulan, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks kepuasan wisatawan dan mengidentifikasi indikator kinerja. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Customer Satisfaction Index dan Importance-Performance Analysis. Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai CSI sebesar 69.39%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung merasa cukup puas dengan kondisi dan fasilitas di kawasan wisata pantai Parangtritis. Importance-Performance Analysis mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang perlu perbaikan, yaitu kebersihan lingkungan pantai, ketersediaan tempat sampah, ketersediaan sarana kesehatan, ketersediaan bantuan medis, ketersediaan jaringan listrik, penataan lokasi wisata dan jaminan keamanan.

One of the most visited natural tourist attractions in Yogyakarta Province is Parangtritis Beach. To analyze the development of Parangtritis Beach as a leading natural tourist attraction, this research aimed to determine the index of tourists������¢���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½ satisfaction and identify the performance indicators. The analysis was performed by using Customer Satisfaction Index approach and Importance-Performance Analysis. The result showed a CSI value of 69.39%. This showed that visitors feel quite satisfied with the conditions and facilities in Parangtritis Beach. Importance-Performance Analysis identified the factors that need to be improved, namely, the cleanliness of the beach environment, the availability of waste bins, the availability of health facilities, the availability of medical assistance, the availability of electric networks, the arrangement of tourist site and security guarantees.
