Hollow Core Slab merupakan plat beton pracetak yang menggunakan sistem pre-tensioning (prategang) dengan cara kabel prategang ditarik terlebih dahulu pada suatu dudukan khusus yang telah disiapkan dan kemudian dilakukan pengecoran. Permasalahan pada pekerjaan instalasi hollow core slab adalah tidak tercapainya target pekerjaan. Solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan analisis produktivitas dari pekerjaan tersebut Analisis Produktivitas dilakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung waktu siklus pemasangan hollow core slab hingga pengecoran (overtopping), jumlah orang dan alat berat yang digunakan Produktivitas instalasi hollow core slab menggunakan tower crane adalah 80 hollow core slab/hari dengan jumlah pekerja 4 sampai 5 orang. Produktivitas pembesian hollow core slab adalah 33 hollow core slab /hari dengan jumlah pekerja sebanyak 1 sampai 2 orang pekerja. Produktivtas pekerjaan overtopping hollow core slab menggunakan Pump Concrete adalah 54 hollow core slab/hari

Hollow core slab is a one of slab in concrete precast which using pre- tensioning system which have some stressed cable on unique plot. then , its take overtopping to finished structure. The problem of installation hollow core slab is installation didn’t reach target of erection working. Solustion to handling its problem, is make a analyze productivity from its project. Implementation method of analyze productivity is directly observation of cycle time installation until overtopping of hollow core slab, amount of worker, and heavy equipment. The productivity of installation of hollow core slab using tower crane is 80 hollow core slab/day, its using 4-5 workers. The productivity of spawning hollow core slab are 33 hollow core slab/day, its using 1-2 workers. The productivity of overtopping hollow core slab using concrete pump truck are 54 hollow core slab/day, and its using 10 workers
