Pondasi tiang pancang bulat merupakan salah satu produk dari PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Bogor. Permasalahan pada proses produksi tiang pancang bulat yaitu tidak tercapainya target produksi. Solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan analisis time and motion study. Metode analisis time and motion study dilakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung waktu siklus pembuatan tiang pancang bulat, jumlah orang dan alat berat yang digunakan. Kapasitas normal produksi Tiang Pancang Bulat di jalur 8 Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Bogor PT WIKA BETON Tbk, untuk diameter 50 adalah 208,56 m³ dengan jumlah produk 75 buah sementara dari hasil analisis time and motion study kapasitas untuk diameter 50 adalah 211,34 m³ dengan jumlah produk 76 buah, sehingga proses produksi dapat lebih di optimalkan untuk mencapai target produksi.

Prestressed Concrete Spun Piles is one of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Bogor's Product. Target production of spun pile in PPB factory still does not achieve. Therefore, time and motion study is needed to analyze problem. Implementation method of time and motion study is observasing cycle time, ammount of people, and heavy equipment. The capacity of Prestressed Concrete Spun Piles in line 8 Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Bogor PT WIKA BETON Tbk, for a diameter of 50 is 208.56 m³ with a number of product is 75 pieces while the results of the analysis time and motion study for diameter 50 is 211.34 m³ with a number of products is 76 pieces lane 8 PPB Bogor still can be optimized to achieve the production target.
