PENGARUH WAKTU PENGAMBILAN RUMPUT TERHADAP KEJADIAN FASCIOLASIS pada SAPI POTONG di PUSAT INOVASI AGRO TEKNOLOGI (PIAT) UGM

Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada PIAT UGM bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu pengambilan pakan terhadap kejadian fasciolasis pada sapi potong. Materi yang digunakan untuk Tugas Akhir ini adalah data pemeriksaan fasciolasis yang diperoleh serta data dari pengamatan kegiatan pengambilan rumput di PIAT UGM. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah meminta data sapi yang telah terinfeksi fasciolasis atau tidak, serta pengamatan yang dilakukan setiap hari dalam kegiatan pengambilan rumput (observasi). Pengamatan waktu pengambilan rumput dilakukan dengan cara mengikuti pengambilan rumput yang ada di lahan, setelah itu waktu yang dilakukan setiap harinya dicatat. Sedangkan pengambilan data sapi yang telah dilakukan pemeriksaan feses yaitu dengan meminta langsung kepada petugas yang ada di PIAT UGM. Hasil dari pemeriksaan sampel feses, semua sapi potong yang ada di PIAT UGM dinyatakan tidak terinfeksi fasciolasis.

The practice of work the field in PIAT UGM was implemented to know the influence of time the feed to events fasciolasis in beef cattle during practice of fieldwork held. The purpose of duty the end it is developed to understand the extent of the incident fasciolasis from exposure time the feed so as can increase knowledge to university students. Matter used for duty the end of this is data examination fasciolasis obtained as well as data from observation activities the grass in PIAT UGM. Methods used to collect the data is call for data a cow that has in test infected fasciolasis or were not the observation made every day in the activities of the grass. Observation time the grass done by means of follow the grass that is in land, after the of that time a every day noted. While the data a cow that has examination feces through the asking directly to officers in PIAT UGM, because test feces have was conducted by the officer the laboratory is in PIAT UGM. The result of examination sample feces some beef was conducted by the officer is negative fasciolasis all. Thus time the grass was correct.
