Dalam perjalanannya, didapati bahwa perkembangan usaha kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kebumen terkesan lambat. Hal ini disebabkan ketertinggalan dalam mengadopsi teknologi informasi di dalam usahanya. Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan-perusahaan besar, mereka senantiasa memiliki kepedulian terhadap penggunaan teknologi baru dalam menunjang bisnisnya. Sistem yang digunakan oleh usaha kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kebumen masih memanfaatkan sistem yang tradisional, sementara saat ini zaman sudah semakin canggih disertai dengan keberadaan teknologi yang modern. Maka tentu sangat minim peluang untuk mampu bersaing di dunia usaha jika sistem ini tetap dipertahankan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem informasi yang komunikatif berbasis website yang diberi nama "Wisata Belanja Kebumen". Sistem informasi ini dibangun berbasiskan website dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework code igniter, javascript, dan mysql untuk pengelolaan basis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian, Sistem Informasi Penjualan Produk Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dapat membantu penjual produk-produk usaha kecil menengah memasarkan produknya, memudahkan pembeli mengetahui informasi produk unggulan usaha kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kebumen, serta membantu proses pemesanan produk.

Then it surely very minimal chances to compete in the corporate world if this system were maintained. To overcome these problems, then a single information system which communicative-based website that was given the name "Wisata Belanja Kebumen". This information system is built based on the website with the PHP programming language with code igniter framework, javascript, and mysql for database management. Based on the results of research and testing, Product Sales Information System Micro Small medium enterprises (UMKM) have been successfully helping sellers products small business medium to market its products, make it easier for buyers to know flagship product information small business medium in Kebumen, as well as help booking process products.
