DIAGNOSA BRUCELLOSIS DENGAN UJI ROSE BENGAL TEST (RBT) DAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT BRUCELLOSIS PADA SAPI DI BALAI BESAR VETERINER WATES SELAMA PERIODE 2014 SAMPAI 2015

Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates Yogyakarta dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui diagnosa Brucellosis dengan uji Rose Bengal Test (RBT) dan tingkat kejadian antara tahun 2014 sampai 2015. PKL dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 sampai 15 November 2016. Kegiatan dimulai pukul 07.30 dan selesai pukul 16.00. Data diperoleh dari praktek secara langsung di Laboratorium Bakteriologi, melihat data di laboratorium Epidemiologi, dan dengan mendokumentasikan beberapa objek dalam bentuk foto. Berdasarkan data kejadian penyakit Brucellosis pada tahun 2014 tercatat 2153 sampel di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates berupa serum dan yang tercatat positif uji berjumlah 282 sampel, sedangkan pada tahun 2015 tercatat 5790 sampel berupa serum dan yang tercatat positif berjumlah 223 sampel. Penyakit Brucellosis tertinggi dari wilayah Jawa Timur yang mencapai 365 sampel positif Brucellosis.

Field Work Practice (PKL) in BBVET Wates Yogyakarta was conducted with the aim to know the diagnosis of Brucellosis by Rose Bengal Test (RBT) and the incidence rate between 2014 to 2015. The street vendors are held from 14 to 15 November 2016. The activity starts at 07.30 and finishes at 16.00. Data were obtained from practice directly at the Bacteriology Laboratory, looking at data in Epidemiology laboratories, and by documenting several objects in the form of photographs. Based on data of Brucellosis disease incidence in 2014 recorded 2153 samples in BBVET Wates in the form of serum and a positive test recorded amounted to 282 samples, whereas in 2015 recorded 5790 samples of serum and a positive recorded amounted to 223 samples. The highest Brucellosis disease from East Java reached 365 positive samples of Brucellosis.
