HUBUNGAN LAMA KERJA DOKTER DENGAN KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN RESUME DI RUMAH SAKIT HAPPY LAND MEDICAL CENTRE YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang : Berdasarkan study pendahuluan yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil 2 resume dokter lengkap dan 8 resume dokter tidak lengkap. Berdasarkan profil, rumah sakit berdiri sejak tahun 2003. Oleh sebab itu dokter yang bekerja di rumah sakit tersebut memiliki lama kerja yang berbeda-beda dengan kriteria dokter lama dan dokter baru. Untuk itu peneliti ingin meneliti tentang "Hubungan Lama Kerja Dokter dengan Kelengkapan Pengisian Resume di Rumah Sakit Happy Land Medical Centre Yogyakarta". Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara lama kerja dokter dengan kelengkapan pengisian resume dan mengetahui persentase kelengkapan lembar resume dokter. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian merupakan rancangan cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian merupakan checklist studi dokumentasi. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square. Hasil : Berdasarkan penelitian yang didapatkan dari uji chi-square p-value sebesar 0.1247, karena p-value > α yaitu sebesar 0,05 maka H0 diterima dimana tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lama kerja dokter dengan kelengkapan pengisian resume. Kesimpulan : Kelengkapan pengisian lembar resume komponen identifikasi sebesar 93%, laporan penting 72%, komponen autentikasi sebesar 53% dan pendokumentasian yang benar 95%. Persentase kelengkapan total lembar resume dari 186 BRM adalah 9% sedangkan lembar resume tidak lengkap 91%. Kelengkapan resume berdasarkan jenis dokter yaitu dokter lama > 3 tahun sebesar 5% dengan persentase ketidaklengkapan sebesar 59% dan kelengkapan resume dokter baru ≤ 3 tahun sebesar 5% dengan persentase ketidaklengkapan sebesar 31%. Berdasarkan uji statistik chi-square tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan lama kerja dokter dengan kelengkapan pengisian resume medis.

Background : The result of medical resume completeness based on preliminary study were 2 completeness medical resumes and 8 medical resumes were not complete. Happy Land was found in 2003th therefore doctors have different length of working period. There are junior doctor and senior doctor. Based on these "The Correlation Between Length of Working Period of Doctor and Completeness of Medical Resume at Rumah Sakit Happy Land Medical Centre" was taken for the topic. Objective : For knowing the correlation between working lenght of working period of doctor and completeness of medical resume and for knowing completeness of medical resume presentation. Methods : The type of research is analitic survey with quantitative approach. The type of observational study is cross sectional study. Technique of data collection is study docummentation checklist. Chi-square is used for the research. Results : P_value of pearson`s chi-square is 0.1247 because of it p_value > α 0,05. The result is H0 is accepted. It means that there is no connection between length of working period of doctor and completeness of medical resume at Rumah Sakit Happy Land Medical Centre. Conclusion : The presentation of medical resume completness are indentifikasi is 93%, laporan penting is 72%, autentikasi is 53%, and pendokumentasian yang benar is 95%. total presentation of medical resume completness is 9% and 91% is not complete. The completness medical resume based on senior doctors > 3 years are 5% with uncomplete files is 59%. Presentation of completeness medical resume based on junior doctors ≤ 3 years is 5% with uncomplete files is 31%. There are no connection between lenght of working period of doctor and completness of medical resume.
