Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Mahasiswa terhadap Pembelajaran Praktikum Pelayanan Asuhan Keperawatan Gigi dan Mulut di Klinik Pendidikan Jurusan Keperawatan Gigi Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang

Latar Belakang: Pembelajaran praktikum pelayanan asuhan keperawatan gigi dan mulut di klinik pendidikan yang baik akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggannya, baik pelanggan internal maupun pelanggan eksternal. Kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor atau bersifat multifaktorial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran praktikum pelayanan asuhan keperawatan gigi dan mulut di klinik pendidikan JKG Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan rancangan studi potong lintang (cross sectional). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 83 orang mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan aktif selama periode September 2016 sampai dengan Februari 2017 yang diambil secara total sampling. Variabel bebas, yaitu fasilitas fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, kompetensi teknis dan keterjangkauan. Variabel terikat, yaitu kepuasan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran praktikum pelayanan asuhan keperawatan gigi dan mulut di klinik pendidikan JKG Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala Likert untuk variabel bebas dan Semantic Differential untuk variabel terikat, yang telah diuji validitas (r > 0,361) dan reliabilitas (a > 0,7). Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa keandalan (p= 0,465), jaminan (p= 0,087), empati (p= 0,394), kompetensi teknis (p= 0,319) dan keterjangkauan (p= 0,726) tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan mahasiswa. Variabel fasilitas fisik (p= 0,000) dan daya tanggap (p= 0,007) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 58,6% (R2= 0,586). Kontribusi paling besar pada variabel fasilitas fisik sebesar 13,1% (partial eta square= 0,131) dan daya tanggap sebesar 6,6% (partial eta square= 0,066) Kesimpulan:1) Semakin baik fasilitas fisik dan daya tanggap maka semakin tinggi kepuasan mahasiswa; 2) Keandalan, jaminan, empati, kompetensi teknis dan keterjangkauan tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan mahasiswa; 3) Kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran praktikum pelayanan asuhan keperawatan gigi dan mulut di klinik pendidikan JKG Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang terbesar dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas fisik.

Background: A good learning process on oral health care practical activities will affect both internal and external customer satisfaction at the clinical education setting. Customer satisfaction is influenced by many factors or multifactorial. This study aimed in determining the factors that affect students satisfaction towards the learning process of the oral health care practical activities at the dental and oral health clinic of dental nursing polytechnic education (JKG MoH) in Kupang. Methods: This study was a survey research with cross sectional design approach. Eighty three students who met the inclusion criteria and actively during the period September 2016 until February 2017 was involved in this study chosen by total sampling. Independents variable were measured by physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, technical competence and affordability. While the satisfaction of students in the learning process of oral health care practical activities at the clinic of dental and oral JKG polytechnic education MoH Kupang was measured as dependent variabel. Questionnaires with Likert scale was used for measuring independent variables and Semantic Differential for measuring dependent variable was used in this study. All of the questionnires used in this study has been tested for their validity (r > 0.361) and reliability (a> 0.7). Result: The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the factors of reliability (p= 0.465), assurance (p= 0.087), empathy (p= 0.394), technical competence (p= 0.319) and affordability (p= 0.726) had no effect on student satisfaction. While physical facilities (p= 0.000) and responsiveness (p= 0.007) significantly affect 58.6% (R2= 0.586) on the student satisfaction. The highest contribution was made by variable of physical facilities by 13.1% (partial eta square = 0.131) and the responsiveness of 6.6% (partial eta square = 0.066) Conclusion:1) The better of physical facilities and responsiveness will be the higher the student satisfaction; 2) Reliability, assurance, empathy, technical competence and affordability had no effect on student satisfaction; 3) Physical facilities variable is the most affecting factor on the student satisfaction on the practical learning of dental nursing care services at the dental and oral health clinical education of Polytechnic Dental Nursing Department Ministry of Health Kupang.
